April Newsletter

Dear Parents,

We hope you had a lovely Easter Break, just a little newsletter to keep you up to date with what is going on at Fledglings.

Our photographer will be coming into nursery on Thursday May 10th to take photos of the groups of children:

Pre-school, 9.15                             Play-school, 9.30                           The nest 9.45.

We would like you to bring your child into Nursery for the photograph even if they don’t attend on a Thursday, please come along 10 mins before your photo.

Sometimes children (especially the younger ones) get a little upset as their routine is disturbed, we will do our best to distract and comfort them, however if they are very upset it is usually better to give the photograph a miss.

We have a student on placement for this half term, her name is Emma Beck, you will see her working here on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Time is flying by, the children who are leaving to go to school in September will be having a ‘Leaver’s Party’ at 9.15 on Monday 23rd July 9.15am until 11.15am, further details to follow.

If you are going to be on holiday and not attending nursery, please can you let us know in advance? We have to track all absences in line with Stockport’s Safeguarding Policy and need to contact you should you not turn up on your nursery day.

The next school holiday is May half-term, the term-time children finish on Friday 25th May and return on 11th June.

The Nursery will be closed Bank Holidays:

Monday 7th May, Monday 28th May
